statement of intent

 I plan to meet the brief by making a 40-50 second ad with someone feeling unwell and out of energy but tries the drink which is from Tropicana and they feel much better after having it and gain more energy. The beginning of the advert will feature a character who is feeling poorly and get energised within a sip of the drink which will emphasise the importance of the drink and how good it works ,it will be used to show the audience the benefits of the drink and how it works if your feeling poorly or un-energised. I plan to feature a teenager which is struggling during her exams and within a sip feels much better and we will get an insight of the drinks benefits and will edit it on.my character will be a friend. after the sip i will use an extreme close up to show the viewer how energised they become. The costume will be casual clothes as it will be set in a study area .I will use non-diegetic sound when she sips the drink to show a difference and I will use diegetic sound when she is using headphones pre-exam .The specific target audience will be young adults and adults which will appeal to the target audience.

The middle of my advert will involve the main character doing her work and feeling lazy while doing it and her friend will kindly gift her an Tropicana drink which will boost her energy and will also boost the amount of work she produces as the drink will take away all her laziness .Then there will be an extreme close up of the drink and her reaction to the amount of energy she got from it. There will also be a clip of her being successful in her studies which will appeal to the target audience. I plan to to add a background sound which will fit the overall mood of the advert and will engage the audience.

The end of my advert will involve the main character in classroom who will be successfully doing her work while being energised and sharing the secrets of the drink to her fellow classmates and the final seconds will have the logo and slogan and a pack-shot of the product with a voice over saying the products slogan.
